LogOn Baltic aims at improving spatial integration by transferring knowledge in ICT and logistics competence. The main objective is to produce and disseminate information for regional development agencies on how to support enterprises in the participating regions in their effort to improve ICT and logistics competence, thus improving regional development.
20 project partners from Belarus, Denmark, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and 25 associated partners have come together under the transnational project Amber Coast Logistics. Their uppermost goal is to support the development of multimodal logistics centres in the southern and eastern Baltic Sea region and thereby improve the accessibility of remote areas.

The project MarChain connects the national maritime clusters in the Baltic Sea Region for increased competitiveness of the macro-region. The aim is to strengthen and improve the marine transport supply chains, efficiency and competitiveness. The project builds on cooperation between cluster initiatives around the Baltic Sea addressing issues such as environmentally friendly transport systems and intelligent ship, harbor and logistics solutions. MarChain also addresses cooperation on issues like new technology solutions and innovations promoting energy-efficient and environmentally safe and secure solutions.
5 partners from Sweden, Estonia and Latvia, representing 5 clusters working in 3 industrial sectors: information technologies, logistics, and food production and processing are members of the 5FOREXCELLENCE consortium. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the management excellence of the involved clusters. The specific objectives are: 1) to improve management and performance practices of the involved clusters, 2) to enable clusters to provide more professional business services to SMEs, 3) to develop the capacities necessary for cross-sectoral and international collaboration and 4) to raise awareness of other local cluster organizations and business networks of the benefits of the cluster management excellence approach.
